Current technological developments are expected to facilitate people's work and
activities and can realize digital transformation. Technological developments have a major
impact on all aspects of human life. Digital transformation is needed to support the
progress of society, especially to support human work. In a fully digital era, smartphones
play a positive role in all fields and can help human work.
The mobile attendance application is very useful for the Organizational Work
Team and Human Resources to manage human resource information within the company.
Therefore, the company uses the mobile attendance application to improve the
performance of the Organizational Work Team and Human Resources in managing
attendance information. The use of the mobile attendance application is considered to be
able to increase the efficiency of the Organizational Work Team and Human Resources in
managing employee information including supervision of orderly attendance
administration. In addition, this application makes it easier for employees to take
attendance where employees can take attendance using their respective smartphones.
In order to create an application, it requires a method of collecting data on the
running system, interviews, observations, analysis of the proposed system, and a waterfall
model as the formation of an adequate proposed system as an alternative to the best
solution to existing problems.
